At EUC Syd, sustainability isn’t just a trendy buzzword – it’s something we live and work with every single day. We think green in everything we do – from teaching and operations to new development projects. And we don’t do it alone.
Take our strong climate partnership with Norlys, for example. Thanks to their wind turbines at Urup Hede, all the electricity we use is now 100% CO2-neutral. But the partnership is about way more than just power.
We share knowledge, learn from each other, and create solutions together. The goal? To build a better world and a greener future – for you and for the generations after us. This isn’t just greenwashing – this is action.
Our story with Norlys actually goes way back. Both sides are deeply involved in ProjectZero in Sønderborg, a mission to create growth with a green footprint – meaning CO2-neutral development in the area. We play a key role here by educating the climate-conscious citizens and workers of the future.
Norlys knows how important it is to have skilled professionals who can optimize energy use and help reduce CO2 emissions. That’s why we work closely on continuing education and upskilling – and we’re even looking into collaborating on apprenticeships. It’s a win-win.
