Staff profile

Our staff consists of craftsmen, technicians, engineers, architects, and Masters of Science, Arts and Business Administration. All members of teaching staff have a background of sound practical experience within their trades before undertaking assignments with the college.

Having accepted employment at a Danish college, teachers must earn a certificate in postgraduate teacher training. This pedagogical training program is a national requirement. The curriculum ensures that teaching staff has a sound theoretical and practical knowledge of pedagogy, didactics and methodology.

The college provides and supports extensive in-service training of faculty, following a mutually agreed upon personal development plan to assure that every teacher is always up to date within his field of expertise and teaching methods.

Faculty members acquire new knowledge and inspiration through study tours, attending conferences and courses at home and abroad, participating in international seminars and assuming an active role in the extensive network of professional partnerships throughout the world.
